Rule reminders
  • Trash containers are to be placed on the curb after 3 p.m. of the day before pickup, and taken inside the same day as pickup. Do not leave trash containers outside at any other time.
  • If you have pets, please remember that you are required by the rules and regulations to walk your pet(s) on your own property and/or the common areas. In addition, you must pick up after your pet(s). Owners found not picking up after their pet(s) will be fined.

    • Security:
  • Outside coach lights must be on from dusk-to-dawn. Please be sure all outside lights are in working order.
  • Keep garage doors closed when not present. In addition to discouraging theft, keeping your garage doors closed helps to enhance the general appearance of our development.

    • Safety:
  • There have been complaints of drivers speeding and/or not stopping at the stop sign on 72nd Street. Please be aware that we have many children playing and they may not see your car.
