History
The fifty units of Chestnut on the Green Phase 2 Townhomes were built by Chestnut Homes, Inc., during 2001-2002. We are located just east of the intersection of 72nd Street and Wolf Road in Indian Head Park, Illinois. The Association is operated and governed by the Chestnut on the Green Phase 2 Board of Directors, established in 2002.Adjacent to the Phase 2 Townhomes is Chestnut on the Green Phase 1. Certain common areas, roads, bridge, ponds and grounds are shared and maintained by the Master Association, comprised of the Phase 1 and Phase 2 members.
Operation of the Phase II Association and Board of Directors
The Chestnut on the Green Phase 2 Homeowners Association is an Illinois not-for-profit corporation, and is operated according to Bylaws of the corporation. Townhome owners are members of the Association. General operation, care, upkeep and maintenance are performed by the five Board of Directors. Members comprising the Board of Directors are elected from among Association Members for two-year terms at the annual meeting of the Association in December of each year. Day-to-day operation is assisted by the Managing Agent.The Board of Directors welcomes inquiries and will try to answer questions of residents.
