Rule reminders
Trash containers are to be placed on the curb after 3 p.m. of the day before pickup, and taken inside the same day as pickup. Do not leave trash containers outside at any other time.
If you have pets, please remember that you are required by the rules and regulations to walk your pet(s) on your own property and/or the common areas. In addition, you must pick up after your pet(s). Owners found not picking up after their pet(s) will be fined.
Security:
Outside coach lights must be on from dusk-to-dawn. Please be sure all outside lights are in working order.
Keep garage doors closed when not present. In addition to discouraging theft, keeping your garage doors closed helps to enhance the general appearance of our development.
Safety:
There have been complaints of drivers speeding and/or not stopping at the stop sign on 72nd Street. Please be aware that we have many children playing and they may not see your car.
